Order/Quote Request Form

To get pricing or order products, simply use our Order/Quote Request Form on the website. On that form, you can select whether you want to “Order” or “Quote” for the request. Then, fill in your name, contact information (email and phone), and details about the product you need. Be sure to include specifics of the product required – for example, the size/dimensions, color, and quantity of pavers or other items you are interested in. There’s also a field to attach an image (such as a photo of your site or a product reference) which can help our team understand your project. Once you submit the form, Pave World will receive your request and begin processing it.

The Order/Quote form gives you two options up front: Order or Quote. Choose “Order” if you already know what you want and are ready to purchase the products – this lets us treat your submission as an order request to reserve items and arrange payment and pickup/delivery. Choose “Quote” if you’d like to get a price estimate first before committing – in this case, our team will provide you with a detailed quotation for the products you specified. In both cases, the required information to fill in is the same; the main difference is whether you’re prepared to order immediately or just gathering pricing information. If you’re unsure, you can always start with a quote, and then decide to proceed with an order after reviewing the pricing.

The more detail you provide, the more quickly and accurately we can assist you. At minimum, you should include the product name or type you are interested in and the specifications – for example, the size, colour, and quantity you need. The form has a dedicated field for “Product Required” and a prompt to list size, color, quantity, etc., which helps ensure we quote the correct item. If you have a specific product code or name (e.g. a certain paver style), include that as well. You should also fill in the “Date Required” if you have a timeline, so we know your schedule. Additionally, you can attach an image to the form – for instance, a photo of the area you plan to pave or an inspiration image – to give context to your request. This optional image upload can help our team better understand your project needs.

The form is just one easy way to submit your request, but it’s not the only way to do business with us.

After you send your request, the Pave World team will promptly review the details and reach out to you with the next steps. If you requested a quote, you will receive a response with pricing information for the specified products (and any recommendations if applicable). If you placed an order, our staff will confirm the order, arrange payment, and discuss pickup or delivery arrangements with you. In either case, you can expect a timely reply – typically within one business day – as Pave World is committed to customer satisfaction and timely project delivery for all clients.
